Hi Susanna,
I just want to write and tell you how pleased I am with my yoga. As I told you, I’ve experienced lower back pain for years. I’m an avid golfer and the pain and stiffness I’ve endured has been a problem.
I’ve stretched daily for years and I exercise regularly. I worked with a trainer at the fitness center specifically to take away the soreness. I saw a chiropractor regularly. Nothing helped until I began the yoga routine you gave me.
The routine you taught me is amazing. When you first showed it to me, I thought “this cannot possibly work”. Frankly, the stretching did not seem as difficult or rigorous as what I had been trying for years. Boy, was I wrong. The yoga had an immediate and positive effect. Shortly after your two lessons, I played golf 8 days in a row. Yes, I was stiff in the evening and the next day, but I would do my yoga before each round and got amazing results. There was not a single golf swing in those eight rounds that felt limited by my back. That’s a miracle to me.
